Living with animals comes with quite a few challenges. From having our cats causing endless chaos to having our dogs bringing about absolute pawndemonium, having pets in the house can be hard. But, of course, it's worth it.
No matter how many times we will wake up with our dog's paw right on our faces or how many times we will have our cat run over our stomachs when we least expect it like a heckin' elephant, no matter how many struggles we go through, having pets is the most amazing decision we have all ever made. And feeling our pets' love towards us is always worth it in the end, no matter how many shenanigans precede those moments of wholesomeness.

Okay, so, we're totally okay here. Our hearts are not melting or anything, we do not know why you would think that they are. This is only one of the cutest things we have seen a cat do ever. This is only one of the most affectionate cat moments in the world. We're fine. We're totally not affected whatsoever.

It is love. That is just what it is. And you have no option but to accept the love that your animals offer you, even if that love includes having your enormous dog put its paw right onto your face. It should feel like an honor, not a burden, and we're glad to see that this man knows the kind of honor he's been given.
