Man Refuses To Be In His Son's Life Because He 'Hates Children'
The old saying goes, 'If you're not ready to have a baby, don't have sex.' The sentiment is extreme but there is something to be said about responsibility with sex. If you are like the OP in this story and hate children with a violent passion, than maybe don't put yourself in a situation where you could have a baby. The OP had unprotected sex that led to his girlfriend getting pregnant. He initially wanted to marry this woman, but having a baby changed everything for him. He says he has no regret leaving as he made his hatred of children known. But now he wants to know if he is an a$$hole for telling his kid the truth about abandoning him. The moral judges on Reddit did not hold back on this one.
