Nutjob Temp Conspires to Get Guy Fired, He Turns the Tables and Sends Her Packing

When u/ManElegant's office brought in a new temp to cover for an executive assistant who was away on maternity leave, he was certain to be pleasant to her. As u/ManElegant notes in his story, "I'd spoken to her twice maybe three and was incredibly nice; I make it my business to be nice to everyone."

He was unaware of the fact that this temp, referred to in the story as such, was already conspiring against him. For some unknown reason she had a bone to pick and was determined to build a case against him to get him fired.

What had he done wrong? Who can say. Maybe he reminded her of somebody who had wronged her. Maybe he killed her father during the start of the film and this was her plot for ultimate revenge.

Usually revenge films don't end like this one though. Because if it was, the "bad guy" would be getting off scot-free as u/ManElegant, through some foresight and sheer luck, manager to turn the tables on this professional victim.
