Hear us out. Rats are a curious species. They use their hands (and whiskers) to explore, dig, climb, and. so. much. more. Just imagine, a tiny furry ratatouille climbs into your lap with its cute little paws. You give him a baby carrot and he holds onto it for his dear life. Adorable. We say dear life because they only have 4 fingersβ¦if you don't count the little nibble on the side which apparently, is supposed to play the role of the thumb.
