One of the hardest parts of adulting is somehow summing up enough energy to do everything you need to do during the day, and then also manage to get a decent night of sleep. It sounds simple enough, right? Sure, if you're antisocial and/or are one of those lucky a$$ specimens who can just have their head hit the pillow and knock out within 10 seconds. Seriously, who are these people who don't go over every decision they've ever made right before falling asleep? What is your secret? Is it melatonin? Because I've tried that a few times and it just gives me nightmares. But hey, perhaps that's my individual experience.
So here comes the question. Are we lazy because we're sleep-deprived? Or are we sleep deprived because our laziness doesn't allow us to exert enough energy in the day to let us sleep like normal people? Let us know if you figure it out.
