As people, we spend a lot of our time concerning ourselves with problems. And that's generally a good thing. By focusing on our own problems, we can motivate ourselves to solve those problems and move towards having more pleasant and fulfilling lives. But the issue with only focusing on problems all the time is that the world seems like it's composed entirely of unending chaos. That's why we need to actually take note of when we find solutions, and give ourselves some credit for finding them. If you don't do that, you're just gonna be miserable, and you're gonna make everyone around you miserable. So... don't do that?
