The job search is rough. Even though an applicant can be super qualified, it seems like there's always someone else that is just a little more qualified. Maybe it's not even the qualifications. It could be that the applicant screwed up on one question during the interview, and that's the reason they didn't move on to the next phase. Whatever the reason is, it's a very nerve-wracking experience, especially when you've been at it for a while and there are plenty of bills to pay. In today's 'Am I the A$$hole?' post, OP told us she has been hunting for a job for 5 months. She recently recovered from her knee surgery, and is looking to get back into her career as a sales rep. The issue is that her husband keeps coming in and disturbing her interviews with his own input even though nobody asked. She locked him out of the room during her last job interview to keep him from sabotaging it, and he was upset because he claims that he's just trying to help. In our opinion, it sounds like he's trying to prevent her from getting a job. What do you think? Scroll down for all the details.
Her husband shouldn't be involved in her job interview in the first place.
OP is hustling, and we hope she locks down a job ASAP.
