Hi again, friends! We're back with another rescue story to inspire your souls. The spotlight is on a kitty named Arýa, a 2-year-old feral cat from the animal shelter. Her now hoomans fell in love with her back in January, she was very aggressive and distant. Did not want anyone touching her or even coming near her. But guess what? They adopted her anyway. (Ugh we love these people already).
Anyway, back to the story. Against all odds, the couple nursed and loved this spicy kitty back to health and a positive state. She began trusting them, allowing them to pet her, and even cuddle. But it all wouldn't be possible without her cat brother who helped her adapt to the household. He explained to her the rules of the house, the tips, and tricks, and showed her what real love and warmth are. What beholds is the story of Arýa and some positive comments for an extra smile or two. Enjoy!
We love seeing people adopt 'unadoptable' pets. Unfortunately, many rescue shelters will tell you a pet is aggressive and incapable of change but that's just simply not true. Shelters are stressful environments where many cats are terrified of their surroundings so they react. Isn't that natural?
Exactly! All we're trying to say is that shelter cats have had it tough. But if you're a hooman that's willing to change that around for them, then that's truly one of the most amazing things that can be done in life. The patience, time, and dedication that is required is no joke, we are forever thankful to people who actually care!
