Hey pals. Have you ever met a cat with such a silly name that you could not help but laugh for a moment when thinking about it? Today we're looking at an insanely wholesome exchange that occurred in our pawesome ICanHasCheezburger Facebook community. 

If you ask a cat owner what their cat's name is they'll most likely give you a straight answer. Something simple, something formal like Shmooshy Shmooshkins the Third. But if you dig a little deeper and ask them whether they have a nickname for their cat - they won't be able to stop. It's no new phenomenon that pet people, cat people, in particular, love to give thousands of nicknames to their pets. Sometimes, the nickname correlates directly with the actual name, which makes sense. But other times it's something so random, so ridiculous, yet so fitting - you can't help but be amused. This hilarious exchange shows just how cat owners love giving their cats the most random and silly names and then taking joy in watching their vet's reactions to their names. Got told he wasn't going to be called that so it changed to Muss (Mongrel Puss - shortened). Once he got used to us his first trip to the vet was different. The funny thing is, all of our pets have R names. We named Ruby, and Reba was named by her previous owner.
