Relationships are a rollercoaster ride of emotions and there's no denying it. One day, you're riding a ride of love and laughter, and the next, there's turbulence and toxicity. Dating and relationships are meant to bring feelings of love and positivity into your life but in this day and age, it's quite the opposite. Gone are the days of romance and fascination. And instead, we're left with trauma, trust issues, and a whole lotta emotional baggage.
And the best part about it all? It just never stops. After every breakup, we often find ourselves with a new addition to our emotional baggage jar; communication issues, intimacy issues, fear of abandonment - you name it. Sure, it may be scary and overwhelming at first but we're here to remind you that it does get better.
If there's one piece of advice we would give out to every single person on this planet it's to go to therapy and start learning ways of dealing with and understanding your emotions. Because boy will it help you develop in life.
