'I'm weak': Woman buys store-bought wheat grass for her mouse family to play with, trolls the whole Internet by pretending she found them there

When you buy something from the grocery store, you generally don't want to discover anything wrong with it. You don't want it to be expired, you don't want your groceries crushed, and you certainly don't want to discover a family of mice living in it. * record scratch *

One woman recently trolled the Internet using a classic fake out on one of her videos that caused quite a stir with everyone's primal fear. Rodents freak some people out, because of their wormy tails or whatever, but they can actually be some of the most adorable house pets, or animal rescues, on the market. Julie Kobylarz is a mouse breeder and rescuer and rehabilitates wild mice so that they can be returned to the wilds or rehomed in appropriate homes. She also just pulled the most epic uno reverse ever.

Julie shared a video of herself buying wheat grass at the store and then going home to a trembling pot. Wondering what was inside, she pulled the grass out to discover a family of mice living underneath. Then the Interwebs lost it.

To the untrained eye, this seems like an epic fail on the grocery store's part and half of her followers were up in arms about how she should be k!lling the mice and demanding a refund. Little do they know, Julie actually buys her wheat grass specifically FOR the mice. They're her rescue mice and she's training them how to live and survive well in the wild.

She had to make a follow up video sharing how she isn't just a negligent shopper. In fact, she buys the grass so that her mice can burrow in the roots and build a tiny den inside. Ummm… ADORABLE. The mice are all wild and Julie rescued most of them as babies, so she's essentially acting as Mother Nature (with a kinder touch) in order to teach them how to be proper wilderness mice.

Would you have been surprised and stumped by this video? Some say they would have kept the mice even if the grocery store led them to their homes. Frankly, we can't resist those beady eyes and wiggly tails as much as the next person, but would rather not be hoodwinked by a grocery store purchase come to life.

That blink cracked me up 😂

Soon their release date will be here and they can plan in REAL grass 🥹
