'He doesn't want to start a life with someone who's broken': Redditor's Slam Woman's 'Dream Partner' When He Tries to Pressure Her Into Putting Her Daughter Up for Adoption
If history has proven one thing, it's that way too many women have made awful sacrifices for the sake of no-good men. While these days we often like to think we're more aware of these kinds of toxic relationship dynamics, there are still countless examples of this behavior that happen every day.
No matter what gender we are, all of us can be blinded by the delusion of our love goggles when we really fall for someone. However, some people have this happen to them worse than others.
Case in point is a recent controversial post on r/relationships, in which a woman talks about a disagreement she has had with her 'dream man' who she has been with for ten months. They reached a crossroads when her partner suggested that she should think about adopting out her three-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
Reasoning that the mother was 'broken' from raising a child born out of wedlock, he suggested that she pass the care of her kid onto a family member. Unsurprisingly, Redditors did not take to this very kindly. It's a disturbing dilemma.
