Been feeling a little delulu lately? Don't worry. You are not the only one. The way the state of the world is in right now, it would be even more delulu if you were feeling perfectly fine. Our best advice? Get a therapist. We are not professional mental health people over here, we just really like memes. That being said, memes can be a great form of escapism and a way to lighten the mode when things are feeling extra heavy. It's okay to take a break from the crushing weight of it all for a moment, in fact, it's probably healthy too. You can't constantly be in survival mode or else you'll burn out. As someone who goes to therapy and has had the same therapist for years now, I always find memes I want to send to her. Do I send them to her? No… But I wish I could! It's such a brownie point in your mental health book when you get your therapist to laugh. Well, maybe not. But whatever, we'll always have the memes, baby!
