Listen, I get it, The whole thing happens a long time ago in a galaxy far far away, It's space fantasy, there is an unexplained force, yada yada… That still doesn't explain how that giant worm could survive inside an asteroid in the Empire Strikes Back! I mean it was just sitting there, inside the astroid, in the middle of space, with nothing around her to eat. I know this is a sci-fi movie but come on! even the Sarlacc had to eat something, and it had Jawas, and Dewback lizards and the occasional bounty hunter. That space worm had nothing! Are we to expect it to be just living on space itself?!? Think George! THINK!!

Ok, I had something to drink and I checked Wookipedia, and it turns out this worm is called an Exogorth and it feeds on the minerals inside the asteroid, along with the Mynocks we saw clinging to the millennium falcon. So… forget I said anything. However… How do the Mynocks fly by flapping their wings if they live in space?! huh George?! You got an answer to that???
