Wakey wakey sleeping princesses, another work week is upon us.
I am sure we all would have loved to be able to quit everything and everyone, and just sleep for a few decades. The world would keep on spinning, life would keep on moving, but we would be in bed, and nobody would be able to bother us. Unfortunately, we don't live in a fairy tale, at least not to my knowledge, and sleeping through life is simply not an option. We have to wake up every day, go to work, and live our not-so-magical lives as they are.
To keep some of the charms in our lives alive, we consume as much magical content as we can, which includes many fairytale movies. Last night, for example, I watched the 2003 live-action version of Peter Pan, the one where every girl in the world had a crush on the sweet boy who played Peter, and I loved every second of it. That was my way of keeping some of the magic in my life flowing.
