Fiesta! Fiesta!

It's almost Cinco de Mayo. No fiesta is complete with out Mexican Hot Chocolate cupcakes. They are chili chocolate cakes glazed with Ibarra cinnamon hot chocolate ganashe and topped with fresh whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Yum!
