I have a cat with diabetes and we have been having some issues with her insulin dosage recently which has been pretty expensive (I'm unemployed at the moment). Today in the mail was a box with her syringes that I order online and inside the box they had put 3 mini Reeses cups. It's a small thing, but IMMD.
