Mad Hatter Un-Birthday Food!

For my birthday this year, we had a Mad Hatter Un-Birthday party. The cake was covered in whipped cream with white chocolate, and when cut into was a rainbow! (And gluten free too!). The Cheshire Cat and White Rabbit were made of panna cotta, with purple food colouring for the cat!
