Utah gets some interesting characters...

Last night, 19 year old Haylee Arnell had a few too many under age drinks and wound up driving the wrong way down Utah's Interstate 15. The officer turned around and attempted to block other traffic from hitting her, and to try and get her to stop.

She, however, was running without headlights, had her hazards on and looks like she had no intention of slowing down at all. She plowed into the front of the cruiser like he wasn't even there!
