Scale Model of the Day: Group Makes a 7-Mile Wide Solar System in the Nevada Desert

In an attempt to make you feel as insignificant as possible, Wylie Overstreet and Alex Gorosh made a seven-mile scale model of the solar system and a beautiful video to go with it.

It's staggering to see the absolute distance of our eight planets (poor Pluto was left out) from the sun and it's just a beautiful video.
