12th Doctor Costume Revealed!

The 12th Doctor has a look, ark blue with a highly contrasted red lining over a white shirt. We've heard that Capaldi's Doctor is supposed to be "madder" (as in more insane) than previous incarnations, and with this new costume I'm a little worried he's going to end up being a cross between Tony Shaloub's Monk and a Vegas magician.
