At one time, daughter and I belonged to the S.C.O.T. (Scottish Club of Tulsa) and we were told there are more Scots in America now, than there ever were in Scotland proper. You should see all the people at a Scottish games and gathering, all the clans and all the fun. Grandpa said we came from county Cork. And you like cats too! FAMBLY!

I think I was mis-placed as a baby! We always make a bigger deal of New Year's too! Even when my daughter was little, New Year's was our holiday...since I was adopted when I was 2, it just might be a memory from before that's too fuzzy to come in properly! I'm not a big fan of Turkey-Day, either...other than all that yummy food I can (& SHOULD!) do without! LOL
