Not me...with the friend requests...if they make me laugh, I send 'em one! You and a few other are regular contacts, tho. I was off...getting more giggles & starting laundry. I'm low on detergent & I'm NOT going out to the store today!!! If it doesn't get washed, it'll be there when I DO have detergent...I should've checked before I went yesterday, but I was in a hurry...I HATE to go out for things this time of year! Folks are getting crazy!

That IS good...I suck at being a pen-pal...I can write WONDERFUL letters...I just never get around to mailing them!! I'm enjoying the new lolz...seems like a lot of the funnier ones stay on the profile pages. Whenever I favorite one, I go to the person's profile to see what else they've made or favorited...that's why I have so many favorites. Some folks have so many lolz, I have to promise myself to go back to see the rest of them. That extra rest did me a world of good...I just hope I'm rested-out by tomorrow when I'll have to go back to work. At least I don't have to be there til 4 p.m., but I'll want time on my computer, too.

That happens to me, too. I go out for 1 or 2 things & return with 5 or 6 bags & a lighter bank acct! I'm a shop-aholic, anyway. Wouldn't do for me to have unlimited funds!!! Now that my friend has the business up & running, I only have to work extra when I WANT to, but I know if he got in a pinch & needed me, I'd better be there for him. This guy & his partner are a couple of my best friends, so I'm extremely loyal to him. They've been there for me when I needed friends the most & I love them both. Don't find friends like that everyday!

Sorry I was gone for a while...had to get the rest of my nap or I'dve been rotten the rest of the day! I'll turn the ringer off on my house phone, but I have to leave my cell on b/c of my job. If we had an emergency with one of our clients & my boss couldn't get in touch with me, he'd be a little annoyed. (to say the least!) If one of our caregivers doesn't turn up for their shift, 7 times out of 10, I get the hours. Thank Ceiling Cat, we have a good staff right now. When we were just getting this started, I was putting in 100+ hours a week! That's what helped me get this nice apt. Now, I work only 64 hours a week & have 3 days off. It's like being semi-retired! I love it!

Didn't even answer it. They keep it up, I'll turn the ringer off. Anyone wants me, they'll call my cell. Telemarketers are AWFUL for calling at the wrong time. Plus, when I moved last year, I got a new phone number. I still get calls for whoever had the number before! Probably what the early call was all about...

You get on the web at home, don't you? If not, I'll talk to you later. If you DO, I'll talk to you sooner! LOL! Mockingbirds are just a little scrappy bird in different shades of grey. Always have liked them...even if they DO get obnoxious sometimes...they'll pick on cats (dive-bombing, etc.) if given the chance.

An awl da udder critterz we laff at, tu! Here's one for ya: At my job, we can't smoke inside the house, but there's a nice patio off the kitchen where we can. For the past two weeks, I've been having a feathered visitor. It's a Mockingbird who seems to have a "crush" on me! He follows me when I go around the house to get the morning paper, perches on the railing & seems to know when I'm due to come into work & meets me at the patio! He even seems to get p.o.'d when I have my 3 days off!! LOL
