I'm glad to hear you had a day off... everyone needs one now and then :) I do hope Lisa gets back into writing poetry, I was wondering why there were only two up. I'm sorry to hear that she was so sick, hopefully she'll get back into the swing of things again soon. It's touch when someone is a critic to your work, especially when you work so hard at it. For what it's worth I think it's great.

Thanks for the Invisible Bike, it made my day! Oh and my favorite of your LOLs was the Joy Division Divorce Attorneys. Loved that song back in the day.

Hey there.... didya see?! Jade's picture made it up on the FP! It's not my caption, but I'm just as happy that her picture made it up there as I would be if I got a caption up. If she only knew, she'd be strutting all over the house. Hope you and Lisa have/are having a wonderful day :) Since it's Monday and the weekend is over I'll have more time to go through that website.

Ok now I feel ignorant, I was browsing the page again and I noticed the email address. You can tell Mrs. Cowhand that I think she is wonderfully talented, and looks like a very kind person :) The girls (Collies) are beautiful as well. You're a very lucky man :D

Aw gosh that's so sweet :) It sounds like you've got a good cat on your hands, I bet he's adorable too. And a gardner to boot! You'll have to make room to grow him some catnip lol. Is that Mrs. Cowhand's poetry? (name is the same so I can only assume that's another dumb question on my part ^.^). Ya know she's really talented, I've added that page to my favorites list so I can read even more when I have the time. I used to write poetry until one of my teachers basically told me I wasn't very good at it lol, but Lisa's is excellent. I like "Real Cowboys Don't Wear Cotton" hehe. Glad to hear you got your rain too, hopefully it doesn't turn into snow (unless you want it to). Thank you for sharing that page with me, I'll be exploring it more for sure! Have a great evening.

Thanky much! Let me know if I ever can help you out. Have a Happy CheezDay!

Good morning sir. I sent the coca over to Rippys_Mother, ironically enough she had gotten one either yesterday or early this morning. I still sent it though, because she might be able to use it for a trade. I'll take care of her snowcats and santa hat, then all she needs is a fruitcake and reindeer antlers. I'm pretty much getting into the habit of giving things away, but still keeping some things in case anyone asks me for it.

Would you by any chance be willing to help a CheezFriend out with a Typewriter? You don't seem to need anything right now, but I would gladly help you when you do...or let me know if you have a friend that needs something. I enjoy helping friends!

WooHoo! At this rate I'll be able to get her all of the Christmas related ones :) I hope you and the Mrs. have a great day, and a great weekend in case mine ends up being either busy or painful. I was a complete dud for a while on keeping up with my dental work/going regularly, so he's finishing up not one but two root canals (should be easy peasy from this point out, but I'm paranoid because one side got infected after the initial root removal). I should be fine... at least I hope so because Luke (I'll now stop refering to him as my fiance) has some side jobs to do and I'd like to go and help out. I'll for sure take the time to get online to send them over though, thanks again :)

I put Jade as my profile picture, and I uploaded another one of her (which I like better but it's too dark) here: http://cheezburger.com/View/4472717056 It's hard to get good pictures of her because outside of the grey around her muzzle and a few white furs (maybe 5 on her whole body) she's all black. I actually just went up and took the picture, had to re-arrange some lamps so I could take some without the flash on because it always turns her pupils white or blue.

It's funny you mentioned it, because when I saw the sweater I immediately thought I'd send it to her :) Dogs are so amazing, they always love to be with you no matter what your mood is. I understand about special bonds too, that's me and Jade. She's the first dog I've had that's all mine, and it's sad to see her age but we've had great times together. She's really smarter than I ever would have imagined, and a breeze to train. She knows so many different things including the difference between her dog bed and my bed, her favorite word has to be walkies though. I understand her too, she has seizures... but just focal ones and pretty far and few between (she had one in october and one a couple of weeks ago). I just know when she's having one, and I don't know how. So I lay her on the floor and lay next to her, usually she shoves her head against me and we just wait the 10-15 minuets until it's over. She's literally changed the minds of at least 3 people that I know of about Pitbulls (since that's what she resembles and is probably the most of) because she's the biggest baby ever, even the terriers boss her around. But I'd really like to see pictures of your boy if you ever do get around to putting them up. No matter how deeply you love other dogs, some just will always be number one.... I'm glad you had that experience with him :)

Awwww I'm sorry if I made you feel bad by asking about your dogs, but thank you very much for sharing that with me. Dogs who are great workers, herders, retrievers, etc are invaluable to their owners that's for sure. But sometimes it's the dogs who aren't necessarily the best at working that can mean the most to us and who have a special place in our hearts. It sounds like your male was a wonderful dog :) I'm glad to hear it was uneventful for the Mrs. I'm sure she knows her way around and can handle the weather just fine, but sometimes it's other people who don't know how to handle the simplest weather conditions. Around here whenever it snows people instantly forget how to drive it seems... even the ones who have lived here for their whole lives. I've always loved border collies though, I think they're amazing dogs. I've always wanted one actually, but I live in the suburbs and our yard is fairly small so unfortunately I don't think it would be fair to a dog who's bred to do very busy work. They're one of my favorite breeds though, along with german shepherds and huskies. Right now I've got my 8 year old girl Jade who's the pitbull rottweiler chow mix and my mom loves rat terriers so we have two Rain and Ginger. But I digress, I hope the rest of your day is great, I may try to walk the dogs, the snow's still in the process of melting but I'll probably try any ways because it's a whopping 49 degrees out and may get up to 59 :)
By SilentWing on Feb 16, 2011 at 3:09 PM
Do you have Border Collies? And yes I'm aware that may be a dumb question on my part lol. I used to work at a golf course and they had a border collie named Jessie who passed two years ago, then they got one named Molly (to chase away the geese). Both of them were/are very skiddish around people, but both loved me for whatever reason. I'm glad you get to spend the afternoon with your puppies though, couldn't think of a better way to spend the day off, cept maybe to spend it with Mrs. Cowhand :) I hope she has a safe trip home with the winds picking up and all.... though I'm sure she will.

Just wanted to say good morning :) Hope you got that rain you were waiting for.
By SilentWing on Feb 15, 2011 at 5:06 AM
To be honest I'm as happy as you are that I got it for you ^.^ I'll let you know if I run across anyone who needs anything you have an extra of, but in the meantime feel free to give as many of them away as you wish to whoever you see fit :)
By SilentWing on Feb 14, 2011 at 6:41 PM
Haha that actually was a pretty darn funny joke :) But then again sometimes I can be immature, possibly from growing up around two very immature brothers. But, I try to keep that to myself and to people who understand that part of me. Anyhoo, I understand what you mean about certain LOLs.... the ones I don't care for in particular are mostly on the memebase after dark part of the site. OMG male genitalia jokes, oh and drawings of them too... so funny (not). I digress, hope the thermometer made your day lol.

OH MY GEE GOLLY WHIZOO YOUR DR TINYCAT IS COMPLETED!!!!! All thanks should really go to ROBERT0900. He usually doesn't even give them away but he was tottally amazingly awesome enough to send one to me to send to you. I'm probably over reacting but I'm just so gosh darned excited cause I've been searching my fingers off for one :) YAY! Now I'll go read the messages you sent and reply to them, just had to send this one along first ^.^

Ha! Shows what I know, I just noticed a hipster kitty LOL that one of my friends favorited, it's a hooded sweatshirt not a scarf. Anyhoo this is what I'm refering to: http://cheezburger.com/k1k1chan/lolz/View/4461922816 (It's nothing with swears or suggestive material just so you know. I try to avoid adding to favorites or linking to anything that's not PC, cause I have quite a few cheezburger friends who I wouldn't want to offend)
You must be friends with AnOldCowhand to leave a message.
