This morning I went to get a banana for breakfast after not having any in the house for months. I pick out the one with the sticker on it, reminiscing about having a banana with friends, and sticking the sticker on their foreheads. I decided to sneak up on my boyfriend and stick it on his forehead. Only then did I notice the sticker said "Place on Forehead. Smile" I started laughing so hard and it totally made my morning!
I work the front desk of a local hotel. Monday is our busiest day, and I was running ragged answering phones, checking in guests, and washing and folding the laundry (at our hotel, clerks double as laundry attendants). Suddenly one of the guests I was checking in pulled out a long, skinny balloon and blew it up. He quickly fashioned it into a cute balloon dog, handed it to me, and thanked me for doing such a good job. His little act of kindness really MMD!
