Well continue to be amazed, Rufus, because I DO share it! What've *I* been up to? Well, we went to our fall retreat in Florida in October. I was both sick as a dog *and* the weather 10' cooler than usual. Even so, I had a decent time as everyone was so concerned for me, extra helpful, and nothing major went wrong. Since then, it's just been same old same old... other than getting *2* new kittens! These are the last of the semi-feral porch kittens we should have. The two remaining females have been fixed and the mama for these 2, sadly, crossed over while we were away. She'd had an underlying health condition since her own kittenhood and this litter - of 3! - was I think more than her system could take. They were about 6 weeks old when it happened, and the weakest baby went with her mama across the Rainbow Bridge. The other 2 were too little to be out alone and were also getting sick, so they're now #5 and #6 in our indoor menagerie. I am SO glad there won't be anymore for a long, long time. They're a riot to watch play, now that they're all better, but it is a bit of a sad contrast to one of our 2 oldest, who continues to lose weight despite her thyroid medication. She would never take the liver meds she needs and I couldn't see torturing her to get them into her. They made her salivate so badly she freaked out after the 2nd one and that was it. My mother died of liver complications from lupus, so I'm just going to make kitteh as comfortable and loved as possible and let her enjoy her time with us. BTW, I do think Silver Ho should make the Histy FP. It's absolutely perfect for it!

Hunh, I saw the message on your dashboard on Thursday evening. Have you gone back a few pages on your dashboard messages? If you don't see it there, then try looking at your dashboard when you're not logged in. Do you get the email messages that saying thanks for making a lol? I can't remember if I had to sign up for that way back when or not. Anyway, click on the link in one of those messages and you can get to your dashboard while logged out. You'll see what *you* made and faves, instead of what your friends did. It was there - I swear! Hey, tell #1 Son congrats and thank you from me, 'kay? I can catch up with you more in the next couple days. Hubby just got home from work! Bai!!

Hiya Rufus! Long time no chat! I see you made the homepage at the Phasers site - Congrats! That's a good one, too. You've also got some other awesome new LOLs since then. "Silver Ho" is classic! I've sent you a little something to help you sillybrayt this upcoming SunDog. :) Hope you also have a great FriedEgg and a chillaxin Caturday. If you have a minute, tell me what you've been up to. Inquiring minds want to know!

I live just to the east of the older section of the prison. When they built the first one, I was part of the cleanup crew before they opened it. That was summertime, and I was not teaching in the summer. I remember when it was all farmland there. A Mr. Simmons lived in a house really close to the cemetery. My family has been here since the 1860s. I have several relatives who worked and still work at the prisons. My cousin was a nurse there in the infirmary. The lake is still beautiful. The eagles are already coming back for the winter. Do you remember Gooch's Resort and fish dock? They passed away, and the new owner did not renew his lease because the state went up on the lease price. They have torn down all the buildings. I heard that the state is going to put in a fishing pier and boat ramps for the public to use. Come back and fish in the spring. It'll be pretty then, too. wally01 (Linda)

Hi. I'm dreadfully late in thanking you for accepting my friend request so I want to thank you now. I saw in your profile that you like to fish. Have you ever fished at Reelfoot Lake? That's where I live. We have lots of visitors who hunt and fish all year round. wally01 (Linda)

I, too, am told I have a warped sense of humor. Not necessarily a dirty sense of humor; that's just one of *many* ways to be funny, as well as one of many ways *not* to be funny. No... warped in the sense that this is one of my all time faves: http://cheezburger.com/View/4350073088

Greetings, Rufus! Considering I just faved half a dozen items from your dashboard alone I figured I ought to accept that Floofy Paw of Friendship, LOL! You have some great things you've made and some great ones you've collected. I don't play golf, but I bet I'm worse than you, hehe. It's nice to make your acquaintance, Sir!

I enjoyed our little tete-a-tete also. And, in case you were wondering, you got all the answers right! Very impressive! Very impressive indeed! It's nearly impossible to actually get a correct answer on an open-ended question, but you have a knack. Thanks for playing along. I wish I could send you the home version of the game - but there isn't one.

I need the frog please. The set retires by the end of the day. I'll give you anything.

Hi thanks for offering me your extras. I didn't really spent much time on checking what my friends need. I just noticed that one of them missed out on a fruitcake. If you still want to share that, I'm sure she'd appreciate it. Also, one of my friends, Scolez, collects laptops and has some extra retired collectibles that you didn't get. You could sent him a friend request.
