I want you to definitely talk to me about things that cause you pain. You are my friend, you know. It does sound terrible and anything like that is scary because you don't see an end in sight. I know what I have is bad, but it is hardly the worst thing out there so don't even consider it. Please tell Winnie I love her. She told me today (email) that her back is hurting her.

Hi there. Sorry to hear of your neck problem. I had the same thing, but mine was on the right side. I stretched too far when I was hanging clothes out to dry on the clothesline. It felt like a wasp sting at first, and then I couldn't raise my right arm not to mention the pain. I went to the chiropractor. It took about a month of adjustments and in office therapy, but he fixed it. I was so relieved, and my hair looked much better because I could brush it. I hope you feel better soon.
