I played many many moons ago, strictly acoustic because that's all I had. Last year I won a First Act electric and it's soooo *cute*. Haven't ever played it - haven't gotten around to getting a tuner or an amp. (Two pickups, no bars - it's strictly a wannabe guit but I suppose good enough for relearning...eventually.) Who are your guitar gods? Any particular genre? (METAL!!!) I have a thing for Adrian Vandenberg, and there's this guy named Robin Crowe who moves me, as well. Don't know of what he's done recently, if anything, but if you like guitar for the sake of guitar I highly recommend his '92 release "Electric Cinema."

Coupla years back in the 70s. Lived in Munich, worked as an intelligence editor. Learned (a) where rilly rilly good beer comes from, and (b) this world is a much scarier place than the average citizen knows. There is some true evil out there.

My info is dated, but yeah; at one time most viruses were coming from Russia, Bulgaria and (drum roll) Australia. Don't know about now. *** My father's family were Lithuanian (technically Russian) Jews 2-3 generations back. I learned Polish in the Army and have always been interested. Ryszard is the Polish form of Richard, pronounced as in French.

Oh, I've definitely heard of Bulgaria; it's where a significant number of the world's computer viruses come from. But that's not important now. I am at least equally interested in visiting or living in Poland.

Dude. Another Atlanta guitarist. My electric guitar gives me the voice of anguish and ecstasy that my throat doesn't. Bulgaria? Let's talk. R.
