Hi folks! How many of you can say that you have been adopted by a pet, and NOT the other way around? Probably not too many of you. Well this reddit user certainly can! In a fateful procession of events, OP, u/iluvmycurry found herself adopted by a stray cat. This friendly stray was very careful in selecting her new owner. The cat used their charm and adorability to dazzle the potential new owner, approaching her for some friendly pets and love over the course of several days.
At this point, her prospective adoptee was already in love. They began to go on runs together, how awwdorable! OP would head out for a jog and kitty would follow her and run along by her side. Sometimes, you can't control fate, you can only let it play out and enjoy the ride. This was clearly destiny, we wish this cat and her new adopted human a very happy life together! Reddit users poured out their support and advice for OP and emphasized the great honor and responsibility that having a cat involves. Only the best for this happy pair!
