Human - Molly Hodgdon @Manglewood Good news: I compiled a brief overview of cats wrecking our stuff throughout the centuries. First, Two Young Women Wrapped in Yukata After a Bath. The most purrfect thing about this painting, of course, is the fact that both of the women are not even attempting to get the cat off the dress. And we really feel that in the depths of our souls. Yes, our cats may be destroying our stuff, but they look so cute doing it, clearly, they're having so much fun, we don't wanna ruin it for them.

Caught and no regret in its eyes. This painting really does capture not just the reality of cats destroying things but also the cattitude with which they do it. As cat owners, we know for certain that this cat is going to continue being a jerk the second the artist looks away, and we love that.
