A year ago, my son came home with a note that he had to attend "Solutions" to make up some missing homework. The note included the comment "...learning is not an option.". We called the school and asked the Vice Principle why he had to go to Solutions given that learning was not an option at his school. He told us the motto was the teachers idea but he'd raise the issue with them. This year our daughter came home with the note...and learning is still not an option.
