Quentin Getting Ridiculed by Sayeh

My beagle Quentin was tied outside when the neighborhood stray cat Sayeh strutted across the fence. This clearly was too much for Quentin, so he decided to chase Sayeh away. The only problem was, he was still tied out, and his tie out was one foot short!
