Client Demands Unblocked Spam Filter, Regrets His Decision

There's nothing quite like that sweet "I told you so feeling" you get when a customer gets exactly what they wanted and learns that they screwed up. It feels good to drink in the visceral feeling of an outsmarted horrible customer. Customers are often wrong, but too few of us don't give a rip, so this kind of interaction is as rare as it is sweet.
