If you've never heard of spotted-neck otters before here's a quick explanation straight from the Oregon Zoo, "Spotted-necked otters are native to central Africa, especially in and around Lake Victoria and Zambia. Much like North American river otters and southern sea otters, they are playful and love to dive."
