'Okay, there's hope': Brave Woman Jumps Into Busy Port to Rescue a Tiny Drowning Kitten, the Fluffy Feline Survives and Immediately Gets Adopted by Her Rescuer
In times like these, when so much drama is everywhere that we look, when we get reminded every day of the ugly side of humanity… we need some levity. And more than that, we need to regain some hope in humanity. And although not many things can make us feel that way, stories of people rescuing kittens… that might just work.
Because there is nothing quite as wholesome as a kitten rescue story. A tiny, itty bitty little kitty getting rescued, by someone who didn't owe her anything, didn't have to help but did it anyway. That reminds us that there is hope. Because it's a rare thing for people to go so out of their way to help someone, let alone to do what this woman did and jump into a busy port to rescue a kitten from drowning. So when it happens, we have to show it the appreciation that it deserves.
