'He just wasn't growing': Tiny rescued orange kitten keeps getting chonkier and chonkier without growing, turns out the adorable kitten actually has dwarfism

Kittens are adorable. That's a fact that pretty much everyone in the world can agree on, right? Because it's true. Because there is nothing quite as adorable as a bunch of itty bitty kittens. And we always tell people, first-time kitten owners specifically, to cherish those kitten days, because they don't last very long. Your at will grow bigger and longer and chonkier, and before you know it, those itty bitty kitty features will be long in the past. Except that sometimes, that is not true.

Some cats never grow bigger. They start as tiny and stay that way. These cats have a condition - dwarfism. Some of them have some medical requirements that other cats don't have, but overall, as long as they are loved and cared for, they will live long and happy lives. Which is exactly what happened to the kitten in this story. Kind of. He never grew in size, that is true, but he did certainly get much, much chonkier.
