In order to create a passport, you must first log in (or sign up) to Cheezburger!
Not only will this allow you to create a pet passport, but also allow you to create and submit other memes.
Just like our legendary collection of LOLcats made by our users!

After you have created/ logged into your account, click the +Submit located on the top right corner of our page.

Your new 'Pet Passport' can be found in the "My Stuff" section under your profile.
*It takes a couple of days for our user's passports to be featured on our 'Pet Passport' site as each one needs to be approved by the ICHC team.
