Life is full of ‘firsts.' Most of them we don't remember. Our first words, our first days of school, our first time getting tipsy. As they say, there is most definitely a first for everything.  You can say a lot about the effect of technology on society, and whether or not it's all too accessible and necessary, but there are some plus sides as well. The beauty of having cameras on our phones nowadays is that parents have a special advantage that ours didn't. It takes about 2 seconds to catch someone's first on video.

This lucky mama was able to catch her 11-month-old baby girl's reaction to her very first fireworks. Whether or not you celebrate the holiday, this content is so sweet and wholesome it could probably stand on its own. Every so often we come across such a sweet video that makes us think, hey, maybe the internet isn't so toxic all the time after all. Maybe you'll feel the same after taking a look.
