I don't know what these people did to lead to getting their mugshots taken, but I would argue that their biggest crime is against beauty—specifically, their god-awful eyebrows. There are bad eyebrows, and then there are these monstrosities, which all deserve life sentences. Did I miss the memo that having bad eyebrows a prerequisite to committing a crime?

I mean, it's pretty clear that having your mugshot taken means you've made some bad choices somewhere along the way. But if you do choose a life of crime, you probably want to make sure you look good while you're doing it.

Because it's pretty clear from these pictures, that you never know where your mugshot will end up, and I'll bet these people regret the day they had theirs taken. Probably not as much as they regret their eyebrow choices though.
