We all take them for granted sometimes, forgetting just how much joy and love they bring into our households. We can't help it - we're as used to them living in our house as we're used to our own human family members.

    Font - heavenlorenz Follow I forgot this some days. I have five cats. My only female is a complete Momma's girl. It doesn't matter where I am in the house, she's my shadow. She waits up for me until I get home from work. She loves me. Sometimes, I admit, I get annoyed with her and shoo her away. Until she whines at me. Then I feel absolutely horrible.

    t's also important to remember that mistakes are okay too. The last thing that we want is to upset our pets, to be the cause of their sadness. But sometimes, it'll happen no matter how much yo don't want it. From then, it's just a matter of how you handle it - say sorry in a way that they will understand, pet them, give them a treat, and give them a kiss. Your pet won't hold a grudge against you.

Each night I cuddle them, I talk to them, I make sure they're got their comfy spot under the blanket with me. I don't know how people couldn't be compassionate to them. My chest hurts whenever I think about losing one of them. I'm their everything and they're quite literally my everything because I don't have much else.

    Font - kallisti55 Follow Sure, kitten threw litter everywhere again, but he's little and litter is kind of a toy for him. And sure, he's so hyper he makes big cat look like she's basically an old, wisened turtle since she doesn't have nearly as much energy, but that's what kittens do. My cats have their quirks and it's fine. They depend on my family for food and shelter, we have a responsibility to them. Pets are living beings and pretty much family members.

    Dog - what-louie-likes Follow I work nights and during the day while i'm trying to sleep, Snickers would wake me so he can go outside to bark, see the stray cats (not the band), pee or poop.
