Happy Friday, fellow animal lovers! Fridays are already special because the weekend has finally arrived but here at 'I Can Has Cheezburger,' it's also special because of our weekly original segment -- the newly adopted faces of the week!

Each week, we gather up all the recently adopted pets and compile them here for one mega-dose of wholesomeness and uplifting news. And each week, it brings the feels. We would like to thank all those who have recently adopted, all those who have adopted a pet in the past, and all of those who will be adopting a pet in the future. You all are changing these animals' lives for the better, so, thank you. And a huge shoutout to those who animal a senior pet or a pet who requires a tad more tender love and care. You are our forever heroes.

If you're thinking about getting a pet, please consider adoption. Rescue animals know they're being rescued and it's the love they can provide is immeasurable.
