Cats And Their Toilet Paper Obsession (Gifs)

Can we talk about this for a moment? What in the world is with cats and toilet paper? Granted, there are some cats out there that are completely uninterested in toilet paper, and I have one of them. I also have another one who can't get enough of it. It's like their ultimate joy, to find a brand new roll of toilet paper and completely, completely, obliterate it.

But why? How do all cats know about this? Is it somehow programmed into their minds? The moment cats first lay their eyes upon it, they seem to be drawn to it, as if the toilet paper itself is calling out to them. Maybe, unknown to us, cats can somehow communicate with toilet paper and toilet paper is constantly bullying our cats with name-calling, and then destroying it is their only way of revenge. And here we are blaming and criticizing our beloved cats who were only trying to defend themselves. Shame on us.

We love this idea. If you're looking for low-key energy ways to entertain your cat, this is a brilliant idea. Plus, you don't have to waste that much toilet paper to accomplish this, unlike other cats who will tear up an entire roll. The only problem with this, not everyone has ceiling fans. :(
