It's one of those questions nobody was asking, but just ended up having an interesting answer anyway. Electricity Biscuit sounds more like euphemism for an 80's party drug than anything else, but @sageboggs explains the intriguing history surrounding the strange name of everyone's 5th favorite cracker.
