    Font - EfficientInfluence · 5h • go outside to see the sun, take in nature, breathe some fresh air • don't go to bed when the sun is coming up and make sure to go to sleep and wake up at roughly the same times every day • set tangible, concrete and doable goals • move your body and be active, e.g. exercise, go for a walk. Anything to keep you from sitting/laying around all day. • if you are anxious about tasks, I found it really helpful to write them down. Keeps me from ruminating on what needs

    Font - Telltale2020 · 3h I think it was John Mulaney who said this, but: If you think everyone hates you, you need sleep. If you think you hate everyone, you need food. Took this advice and I nap and eat more and I don't feel as paranoid/stressed.
