Most of us feel like our body is exceptionally annoying, and our weight fluctuates like none other, but really, it's completely normal for you to gain and lose weight even not only in a month but on the same day. Especially if you're a woman, our bodies are meant to change around our cycles, and if you're going to be hard on yourself every time you feel a bit squishier than usual, you're going to drive yourself crazy. Not to be cheesy, but it's time to love that pudge.
