People Tell The 'One Rule' They Promised Themselves They'd Never Break, No Matter What

As you go through life, you learn certain lessons along the way. Unfortunately, some of these lessons are learned the hard way and come from sh*tty situations. But, these lessons hold you in good stead for the rest of your life and teach you more about yourself, and that's always a good thing. Hearing other people's valuable life advice is always useful, which is why it's your lucky day. People on Reddit shared the "one rule" they promised themselves they'd never break, no matter what. Whether they were life lessons or general principles, it's interesting to see how other people live their lives to set them on the straight and narrow.
