Okay, we've meet many a doggo in our day. Every doggo owner believes his/her doggo is the best in the world. But today, we've found an Instagram star that stands out above all other doggos. Time.com reported that "Maru, a Shiba Inu living in Japan, is everything the Best Dog in the World should be: inspirational, handsome, photogenic, friendly, and, most of all, fluffy. He is so, so fluffy."
