To every person who adopted this week, we give the biggest thank you! Giving these animals a place to live and be loved is the best thing to do for them. A extra special thank you, as always, goes to the ones of you who adopted senior pets, pets with behavioral issues, or sick pets. We know it's harder to take care of them, but it's so, so worth it, and we are grateful.

"Last year Maya was abandoned at my veterinary clinic. Actually, she was brought in for euthanasia because the owner no longer wanted her. The owner allowed us to find her a home instead but that proved difficult as she was 16. So instead, she's living out her golden years with me."

"Found this little guy by the side of the road while riding my bike. I was passing by and heard a loud meowing, I looked back and there he was running behind me. It is a very busy and unsafe road and he was all alone. I suppose someone threw him out and left him there. Haven't settled on a name yet"
