My own personal experience. My 'friend' Emily stabbed me on purpose in second grade. I will always have that memory physically displayed in my hand.

A Dedication To Everyone Who's Been Poked By A Pencil And Still Has A Mark
A surprising phenomenon unites our generation. Many people in their 20s-30s have a small graphite dot somewhere on their body after a pencil stabbing incident in their youth. Regular wooden pencils and mechanical pencils double as weapons. 0.5mm-0.7mm lead loves human skin. The average stabbing time happens between 1st-9th grade. The victims of these tiny stabbings still carry the mark. We didn't know it back then, but the aftermath of these stabbings - accidental, intentional, or self-inflicted, led to lead forever tattoos. It doesn't matter if it happened a decade ago, it's not going away. It happens way more often than we think. Keep scrolling to see where these victims have been pencil-stabbed and scarred for life.
