Waitressing is a tough industry. It seems like so many Kens and Karens come into the establishment on a daily basis with the intent of demanding to speak to the manager and ruining the servers' entire shift. Throw being a female server into the mix, and it only gets worse. On an AskWomen thread, women shared the best and worst times customers flirted with them. As you might expect, they've dealt with a whole lot of dudes looking to hit on them on the job. And these are not all Hooter's waitresses, where you can kind of expect flirtatious attention. The daughter always left fat tips, too. Worst: Every other time a client flirted with me.

Also had guys who asked me out at the start of the night then got pissy when I said no and spent the rest of the night scowling at me/loudly complaining. If you have to ask someone out at work make it when you're leaving and there's no pressure.

    Font - Best: He was flirtatious and very complimentary but didn't say anything really bad. Later on one of his colleagues was pretty lit and tried grabbing me by the waist to turn my body towards him. The original guy jumped up and told him to knock it off, I heard him ask what the f was wrong with him as I walked away too.     Font - Best: big tips Worst: favorite regular left a love letter that he origami'd into a heart. It was awkward after that. Weirdest: old man took my hand and gave it kisses up to the elbow. It never got too bad. Mostly I'd just get numbers and sometimes creepy comments left on receipts.

I like to joke with high schoolers since I'm young, guy asked me for my number early on and I said I'd think about it. He had every single one of his friends give a 2 min presentation on why I should give him my number.

    Font - Worst: guy came in, flirted with me a lot. I go out with a friend and turns out he's my server. My friend writes my number on the check and he never texts me, no biggie. He comes back to eat where I work. Asked me for my number in front of his parents saying he turned the receipt in. Never texted me. Now I awkwardly see him like every other week with his parents and last time he said "brooo what's up"
